I acquired her in October from you and the transaction, which involved the sale of my previous Daimler, 'Juliet', went very well, even if it inevitably took a while for so specialised a car as a 1956 Daimler 104 to be sold at a satisfactory price. I was impressed with your courtesy and efficiency throughout. While I miss Juliet, her replacement was everything that you claimed, and when I took Dawne on a round trip to Christchurch and Akaroa, she went like a dream and I managed 12.8l/100 km from her, which is pretty good for a car of that size and age. We recently bought our second classic car from Waimak Classic Cars. Our treasured Alfa went back to North Canterbury, to be replaced by an MG.
