I am very pleased with my 'new' Daimler, a 1959 Majestic whom I call 'Dawne'. I acquired her in October from you and the transaction, which involved the sale of my previous Daimler, 'Juliet', went very well, even if it inevitably took a while for so specialised a car as a 1956 Daimler 104 to be sold at a satisfactory price. I was impressed with your courtesy and efficiency throughout. While I miss Juliet, her replacement was everything that you claimed, and when I took Dawne on a round trip to Christchurch and Akaroa, she went like a dream and I managed 12.8l/100 km from her, which is pretty good for a car of that size and age. Earlier this year, Jesmond bought on auction our 1958 Wolseley. Firstly, it was quite amazing how the auction went and that people did actually want to buy our little car. Secondly, it was more amazing how easy it was to deal with Jesmond, things just ran so smoothly and the speed at which this happened was only a matter of a few days, he had organised everything to the last detail. Totally a professional all the way, we would definitely hope to sell or buy from Jesmond another day and are looking forward to visiting his showroom sometime in the near future.
