Earlier this year, Jesmond bought on auction our 1958 Wolseley. Firstly, it was quite amazing how the auction went and that people did actually want to buy our little car. Secondly, it was more amazing how easy it was to deal with Jesmond, things just ran so smoothly and the speed at which this happened was only a matter of a few days, he had organised everything to the last detail. Good morning Jesmond and Gloria. Just to let you know the Jag is now in Kerikeri. Picked it up from Capital City Ford on Sunday as arranged. They contacted me last Friday to say it was there and that they had given it a wash. (Nice of them). We took the trip North over three days and arrived home last night. Travelled 1000kms with no hitches. Yesterday was a good test for its water tightness as we had periods of torrential rain between Auckland and Kerikeri. No problems at all though.
