Jesmond and Gloria I happened to read some of the testimonials posted on your website and after our recent dealings feel compelled to add my two cents worth despite the fact I never usually give written testimonials other than in my work environment .Firstly I have to say that everything I have read pretty much sums up your combined service and approach to selling and buying of the classic cars you represent .Secondly having brought two cars , one sight unseen, and sold two cars in the last 12 months I can only reiterate the comments of others regarding your honesty and integrity and good communication. As for Gloria's attention to getting the logistics arranged smoothly and other follow up given the unfortunate delivery issue with one of the cars I bought, I cannot say enough and appreciate the efforts .It truly is a pleasure working with you on my NZ fleet of vehicles. With over 20 years in the motor trade, I suppose my expectations were higher than most. But happy to say Jesmond and Gloria didn't disappoint. To be honest they exceeded my expectation! I had previously seen vehicles for sale on their website, but like most "experts" in the trade thought I could get cheaper. However its a case of 'you get what you pay for.' And for the peace of mind of dealing with genuine honest people, and getting a car that really is as good as its described - you cant go past Waimak. A thank you gift and free drop off to the airport were great touches. And while this was my first experience, I'm sure it wont be my last. Will definitely be in touch for my next classic.

Hi Jesmond & Gloria, Confirming my email of earlier today the Jag arrived early this morning understandably extremely dirty after weathering the worst storm to hit the country so far this year while being freighted, but has washed up beautifully and we look forward to taking it for a spin or two - or three - over the next couple of days before the next storm hits the country. We have nothing but praise for the professional way in which you both dealt with us - right from when we turned up in ChCh to take a look at the Jag - storing it for a few weeks for us and arranging the freighting of it to Palmerston North. The whole process was totally flawless and after having purchased a vintage/classic car from you cannot imagine buying an older car any other way than through Waimak Classic Cars. Hi Jesmond, We met up with you in May 2017 to view the low mileage Imperial Maroon Mk2 Jaguar 3.4 which you had for sale at the time (advertised in a Car magazine as ‘The Loveable Rogue’) - which we subsequently purchased - photo attached. I expect that as with most people, there is always likely to be a bit of apprehension when buying anything mechanical second hand – especially a 60 year old vintage / classic motor vehicle - and we were no different. You will possibly recall that it’s body and interior is in excellent original condition, and it has proven to be in equally outstanding condition mechanically as well. Just to let you know that this car (as I suspect you expected it to be) is a real gem and we are very very happy customers of yours. Up until now it has been used largely on VCC outings, but we have recently joined the Manawatu Branch Jaguar Club so that we can further enjoy the car.
