ATTENTION JESMOND, registration for car arrived in mail yesterday at my son's home address. Thank you for the bottle of sparkling wine , much appreciated and we christened the car with it last night!!!! You wouldn't recognise the car now it looks a million dollars as my son and I have really gone to town on it! Good morning Jesmond and Gloria. Just to let you know the Jag is now in Kerikeri. Picked it up from Capital City Ford on Sunday as arranged. They contacted me last Friday to say it was there and that they had given it a wash. (Nice of them). We took the trip North over three days and arrived home last night. Travelled 1000kms with no hitches. Yesterday was a good test for its water tightness as we had periods of torrential rain between Auckland and Kerikeri. No problems at all though.
