Preserving and caring for what already exists is one of the most sustainable things you can do.

Apart from conserving resources, extending the life of an existing vehicle celebrates and honours the craftsmanship and engineering achievements of prior generations. Many of the vehicles in our care have survived for decades and through sympathetic restoration and maintenance, will continue to do so for many years to come.

  • Recycle oils, batteries, tyres, metal, and other materials whenever possible.
  • Responsible handling and disposal of workshop waste.
  • Reduce paper use through digital systems and documentation.

  • Energy-efficient workshop and showroom operations.

Supporting Skilled Trades

Classic vehicles require specialist skills that are becoming increasingly rare. But by facilitating the restoration, maintenance and sale of historic vehicles, we help support a network of craftsmen, engineers, trimmers, painters, mechanics, machinists and other specialists whose knowledge and expertise are an important part of New Zealand’s automotive heritage.
